Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Workday Adaptive Planning System Analyst onsite in Draper, NY. Summary: The client is looking for an expert in building data models in Adaptive Planning so that users can conduct their analysis. This is a data focused position on information technology.

Requirements
- BS or BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights) or similar EPM/planning platforms
- Expertise in building data models in Adaptive Planning
- Experience leading requirements discussions and working sessions with business stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills
- Advanced Excel skills to support analysis, validation, and reconciliation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business users
- Experience supporting data integrations, ETL processes, or upstream source systems
- Exposure to other EPM platforms (Oracle Hyperion, Oracle Cloud EPM, SAP BPC, SAP SAC, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices
- Experience working across multiple planning domains (Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, HR)
- Interest in growing toward broader solution design or platform leadership responsibilities
