Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Manager -Compensation & Benefits in Boston, MA. Key Tasks:

  • Design, manage, and continuously improve company-wide compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
  • Partner with Finance and HR on annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions, and incentive planning
  • Manage incentive and sales compensation programs, including plan design, modeling, and administration
  • Support leadership and executive compensation programs, including benchmarking and pay-for-performance analysis
  • Oversee leave of absence programs and partner with HR and vendors to ensure compliance and positive employee experience
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on compensation and benefits matters
  • Develop manager-facing tools and ensure programs are well-documented, compliant, and auditable

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or related HR functions
  • Experience designing and administering incentive or sales compensation plans
  • Working knowledge of leadership or executive compensation principles
  • Hands-on experience managing or partnering on leave of absence programs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting executive compensation in complex or regulated environments
  • Experience partnering with external compensation or benefits consultants
  • Familiarity with compensation planning tools and HRIS platforms

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
