Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst Growth Strategies in Ann Arbor, MI. Summary: Our client is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join a high-performing investment team supporting a large and diversified portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an investment professional looking to gain exposure across a broad range of asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, public equities, real estate, energy, and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct investment research, financial analysis, and due diligence activities across multiple investment strategies
- Evaluate investment managers and assess private market investment opportunities
- Support portfolio construction, monitoring, and performance reporting initiatives
- Develop investment recommendations and present findings to senior stakeholders
- Monitor portfolio risk, diversification, and overall investment performance
- Build and maintain relationships with investment managers, advisors, and industry professionals
- Exposure to a diverse range of investment strategies and asset classes

- Progress toward a CFA or CAIA designation is preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and investment-related tools and platforms
- Interest in leveraging AI and technology to enhance research capabilities and workflow efficiency
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Some travel may be required for industry conferences, investment manager meetings, and collaboration with team members

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
