Kforce has a client in Columbia, MD that is seeking a Financial Analyst. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including expense and revenue projections
- Partner with business units to gather inputs and develop financial plans
- Perform variance analysis comparing actuals to budget and forecast
- Assist with financial close processes and reporting requirements
- Support preparation of management presentations and reporting materials
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Reconcile financial data and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with cost allocations and expense tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and planning
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting efficiencies
- Perform other ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial systems
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
