Kforce's client, a large professional services organization, is seeking two experienced Senior Billing Specialists to join its growing Billing team in Tampa, FL. This role is responsible for managing the full billing lifecycle, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and complaint-invoicing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in legal billing, a thorough understanding of attorney billing workflows, and experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in legal billing, a thorough understanding of attorney billing workflows, and experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete billing cycle for assigned business units and professionals
- Prepare, review, and process pre-bills and final invoices
- Work directly with stakeholders to review billing narratives, time entries, and billing requirements
- Ensure compliance with billing guidelines, fee arrangements, and engagement terms
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies, adjustments, and inquiries
- Maintain accurate billing records and support month-end deadlines
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Finance teams to support revenue cycle objectives
- Monitor billing activity and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Generate and analyze billing reports as needed
- Minimum 5 years of billing experience overall
- At least 2-3 years specifically in legal billing
- Strong legal billing experience required
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Attorney billing workflows
- Pre-bill review processes

- Complex billing environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with: Aderant; Elite 3E
- Exposure to additional ERP or legal billing systems such as: ProLaw; Oracle; SAP; Intapp
