This newly created role offers significant visibility, direct exposure to executive leadership, and the opportunity to help drive budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and board reporting efforts. - Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Partner with Operations, HR, IT, and other business leaders to support financial decision-making
- Prepare board decks, KPI reporting, executive presentations, and financial analyses
- Support lender reporting, covenant compliance, and performance tracking
- Build financial models, scenario analyses, and business forecasts
- Improve reporting processes and support the growth of the FP&A function
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- CPA, CFA, CMA, or MBA is a plus
- 8 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting experience
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and P&L analysis
- Exposure to board reporting and executive-level presentations
- Advanced Excel and strong presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
