This role will focus on driving consistent execution, improving team performance, and stabilizing delivery in a complex, multi-team environment. Responsibilities:

- Coach teams on Scrum best practices and continuous improvement
- Identify and remove blockers to keep delivery on track
- Manage dependencies across teams and stakeholders
- Partner closely with Product Owners to align on priorities
- Track team progress using Agile metrics and reporting tools
- Help bring structure and consistency to delivery across workstreams
- Daily standups
- Sprint planning
- Retrospectives
- Backlog refinement
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
- Azure DevOps (highly preferred)
- Experience with Jira / Rally
- Exposure to reporting or metrics (Power BI is a plus)
