Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce APEX Lightening Web Components Tech Lead to drive architectural and data design decisions for our Corporate Responsibility Technology team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about technology, skilled in Salesforce, and eager to mentor junior developers. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of innovative solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform, supporting programs in volunteerism, grants, and donations
- Guide junior developers in architectural best practices and data design, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions
- Automate business processes using Salesforce Lightning Web Components, APEX, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate with internal teams and business leaders to deliver strategically sound system solutions
- Integrate new tools and technologies to enhance our digital commerce capabilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5 plus years of experience in front-end development with modern frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Angular, Vue)
- Strong experience with git/version control
- Proficient in Salesforce APEX or similar languages (Java, C#, etc.)
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and understanding of business processes
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior team members
- Salesforce Developer or Architecture Certification is a plus
- Experienced in leading technical teams and making architectural decisions
- Passionate about mentoring and developing junior talent
- Ready to shape the future of our global digital commerce initiatives
