As a Beyond Components customer service representative and sales professional, your primary responsibilities are to seek out new accounts, develop long-term business relationships, and support the rest of the sales team.

Responsibilities:
· Manage incoming calls with positivity
· Enter orders, prepare price quotations, set up appointments, update customer list
· Identify and assess customers’ needs
· Build meaningful, trusting relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
· Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using successful methods/tools
· Follow up on our monthly creative marketing campaigns with enthusiasm
· Handle customer dilemmas, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
· Engage in both inside and outside sales calls to help grow customer base
Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years sales experience
· Proven customer support experience
· Strong phone and email handling skills
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Ability to deliver sales presentations from the heart
