Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Coordinator in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Project Coordinator will assist with the planning and execution of technical/engineering projects
- Build and upkeep project schedules in Smartsheet
- Engage with outside vendors to determine material availability, execution schedule, and other items
- Meet with internal stakeholders regularly for on-going project status updates
- As a Project Coordinator, you will prepare and host pre-bid meetings
- Travel to projects site to oversee execution of tasks and provide daily reports
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field experience
- 3 years of experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
- Proficient in PM Scheduling software (i.e. Smartsheet, Excel)
