Kforce has a client in need of a Product Owner in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the product vision for a centralized data platform supporting payer-provider collaboration
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog for healthcare data initiatives
- Translate complex data needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Lead efforts to consolidate and standardize data and conversations across payers and providers
- Oversee data products built primarily on Snowflake, ensuring scalability, usability, and business value
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and analytics teams while remaining independent from vendor-led solution delivery
- Leverage AI-enabled capabilities to enhance insights, negotiation support, and relationship intelligence
- Strong experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working with health insurance or healthcare provider data
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake in a data, analytics, or platform environment
- Familiarity with AI-driven data products, including tools such as Gemini and Snowflake Cortex
- Proven ability to work across business, data, and technical teams in a complex enterprise environment
- Experience owning data-centric products from concept through delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently and objectively outside of vendor-driven implementations
