Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Master Scheduler Consultant to provide expert guidance and management for Microsoft Project Plan in Project Aurora. This consulting role demands a high level of precision in project scheduling, strategic resource management, and adherence to project timelines, ensuring the project's successful execution aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

- Consult on the development and ongoing management of comprehensive project schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring optimal integration and execution within Project Aurora
- Collaborate with project managers and executive stakeholders to advise on scheduling requirements and provide expert forecasts regarding project timelines
- Continuously review and assess project progress against schedule baselines, offering detailed recommendations for adjustments in response to changes, risks, or issues
- Act as a liaison between various departments and project teams, fostering alignment of resources and priorities within the schedule
- Provide in-depth reports and insights on project status, highlighting any schedule deviations and proposing actionable solutions to address them
- Serve as the expert advisor for scheduling queries, delivering support and training to project staff in the effective use of Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools
- Facilitate strategic meetings on scheduling approaches and outcomes, ensuring clear and effective communication of project objectives and results
- Implement and advocate for best practices in scheduling and project tracking, continuously updating expertise in the latest Microsoft Project tools and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Project Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Project management certification (PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Extensive consulting experience in project scheduling for large-scale projects or within similar industry sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and related software tools, with a proven track record in creating and managing complex project schedules
- Strong analytical skills, with the capability to identify and address potential scheduling conflicts or challenges proactively
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and senior executives
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple client priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
