Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Lead Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (Part-Time) in Fitchburg, WI. Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant to guide a small team through the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce Data Cloud environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant or architect with a proven track record of leading complex implementations and driving data strategy across enterprise environments. Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data governance standards
• Design and configure Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Streams, and Data Model Objects (DMOs) to support scalable and flexible data architecture
• Establish and optimize the Unified Individual Model, including the definition of Unification Rules for accurate identity resolution and data integrity
• Architect seamless integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and platforms such as Snowflake, enabling advanced analytics and real-time data access
• Develop and maintain a Unified Profile strategy, ensuring robust data unification across multiple sources and domains
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing technical oversight, best practices, and quality assurance throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Own the long-term success of the Data Cloud environment, including performance tuning, enhancements, and stakeholder engagement
• Lead or significantly contribute to 2-3 successful Salesforce Data Cloud implementations, with measurable business impact
  
  

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and enterprise-level implementations
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with Snowflake or similar data platforms
• Prior experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant, with a strong understanding of platform capabilities and user-centric design
• Deep expertise in data modeling, identity resolution, and unification strategies
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
  
  

Preferred

• Salesforce certifications in Data Cloud, Application Architecture, or System Architecture
• Experience in regulated or data-sensitive industries (e.g., healthcare, financial services)
• Familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud, especially in environments requiring patient/member data unification
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
