- Build and manage digital ad campaigns within ad platforms
- Work with ad operations systems, including troubleshooting and fixing issues (e.g., URL macros, conversions)
- Communicate with clients primarily via Slack and email
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in campaign execution
- 6 months to 2 years in ad operations or a related digital marketing environment preferred
- Experience with digital ad platforms and campaign management
- Strong analytical and math skills
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets
- High attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Comfort with technology, browsers, and digital tools
- Effective written communication
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment
