Electrical Production Technician (Junior to Mid-Level)

Location: Miami, FL

Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience

Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Electrical Production Technician to support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates who are mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and interested in growing their technical skills while working closely with engineering, quality, and production teams.Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and electronic systems, components, subassemblies, wiring, and casings using hand and power tools
• Support testing and basic troubleshooting of electrical and electronic products following work instructions and engineering guidance
• Read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, technical documents, and work procedures
• Assist with continuity, polarity, and other basic electrical tests
• Record test results and maintain accurate documentation
• Mark, tag, and track components throughout the production process
• Perform quality checks on parts and finished products during production
• Assist with repairs, adjustments, and replacement of components when needed
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality personnel to resolve production issues
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and productivity
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all QHSE and safety procedures

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and work procedures
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
• Ability to work safely in a production environment following established procedures
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in accordance with company policy

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical or technical certification
• IPC-A-610 and/or IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification
• Experience working with electrical schematics, diagrams, and bills of materials (BOMs)
• Familiarity with electrical testing tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
• Exposure to power electronic components such as diodes, transistors, and IGBTs
• 2 years of related experience in manufacturing, assembly, or electrical production

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and production floor environment
• Exposure to electrical equipment, noise, and moving machinery
• Use of PPE required at all times
• Standing, walking, and repetitive tasks required
