Key Responsibilities
- Advise entrepreneurs, investors, financial institutions, and established companies on general corporate matters.
- Support high-growth businesses in connection with financings, M&A, and strategic transactions.
- Work on private company corporate matters across technology, life sciences, and other growth sectors.
- Draft, review, and manage transaction documents and related corporate materials.
- Partner with senior attorneys and clients on active corporate matters.
- Build foundational judgment across startup, growth-company, financing, and M&A work.
About You
- JD class year 2022–2024 preferred.
- 2–5 years of general corporate experience involving private companies.
- Experience with financings, M&A, and broader corporate matters preferred.
- Prior corporate department experience at a national or international law firm strongly preferred.
- Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and client-service skills.
- Interest in technology, life sciences, startups, and high-growth industries.
- Miami-based or serious interest in building a corporate practice in Miami.
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected annual compensation range of $225,000–$260,000, depending on experience, location, and skillset.
