This role combines program leadership with hands-on operational work, including collecting requirements, managing priorities, and coordinating cross-functional efforts. The Program Manager will oversee planning, execution, and governance for IAM projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise security objectives and business needs. Key Responsibilities:

The Program Manager will oversee planning, execution, and governance for IAM projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise security objectives and business needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the IAM program roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and compliance requirements
- Establish governance processes for prioritization, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor program health, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects
- Collect and document business and technical requirements from cross-functional teams
- Manage competing priorities and ensure timely delivery of critical IAM initiatives
- Serve as the point of contact for operational escalations and issue resolution
- Develop detailed plans, timelines, and resource strategies for IAM projects
- Lead implementation of IAM solutions such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), passwordless authentication, and identity governance
- Oversee deployment, integration, and operational readiness of IAM tools
- Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, cybersecurity frameworks, and industry standards
- Identify and mitigate risks related to identity security and access management
- Drive continuous improvement in IAM processes and operational workflows
- 10 years of proven experience in program management with a focus on IAM and cybersecurity
- Strong operational background in requirements gathering and prioritization
- Hands-on knowledge of IAM technologies, protocols, and best practices
- Familiarity with identity governance, privileged access, and authentication mechanisms
- Expertise in project/program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
