Kforce has a client that is seeking a Recruiter (Hybrid NYC) to help build teams that power financial services. Summary: Join a well-known global financial services leader (client confidential) as a Corporate Recruiter supporting hiring in New York. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, partner closely with hiring leaders, and help deliver a polished, high-touch candidate experience. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and pipeline strategy - while collaborating daily with recruiters, coordinators, and onboarding partners.

Requirements
- 3 years of recruiting experience (corporate recruiting preferred)
- Microsoft Office skills
- ATS/CRM experience (Workday, Taleo, Eightfold, Bullhorn, SuccessFactors, etc.)
- Bonus: Oracle Recruitment Cloud exposure
- Preferred: financial services/payments/banking/fintech recruiting background
