Kforce has a client in West Palm Beach, FL that is seeking a Change Management Specialist to lead the organizational change efforts related to IT software deployments, ensuring stakeholder adoption, minimizing resistance, and embedding new processes across IT, procurement, and business units. - Stakeholder engagement and communication across technical and business teams
- Building buy-in and overcoming resistance to new processes
- Coaching leaders and champions through transitions
- Translating technical SAM concepts into user-friendly language
- Developing training materials and delivery (workshops, documentation, videos)
- Facilitating meetings and presentations at all organizational levels
- RACI matrix development and role clarification
- Creating adoption roadmaps and tracking milestones
- Managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
