In this role, the Business Systems Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring IT products and services deliver maximum value and customer satisfaction. They will collaborate across departments to document requirements, analyze data, support application development, and drive process improvements. Key responsibilities include:

- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Supporting system development and performing quality assurance
- Managing user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Creating technical documentation and process reports
- Collaborating with stakeholders across sales, finance, compliance, and IT
- Providing ongoing application support and vendor coordination
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in a tech development environment
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Visio, Jira, SQL, and Agile/SCRUM methodologies
