Responsibilities

Kforce's client, a leading provider of property restoration and reconstruction services in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Business Analyst. This company supports residential and commercial clients recovering from water, fire, mold, storm, and other disaster-related damage. Summary: With a long-standing history in the industry and an extensive network of independently operated locations across North America, the organization has assisted millions of property owners in restoring their assets and returning to normal operations. The company operates as part of a larger global enterprise specializing in real estate and property services. Ongoing success depends on developing and equipping local marketing and business professionals with the tools, insights, and support needed to drive growth and client engagement. Role Overview: The Business Analyst is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making by leading analytics initiatives and delivering actionable insights that enhance overall business performance. This role focuses on proactive analysis, ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs), and contributing to the evolution of enterprise data strategy and architecture.

Requirements

• Strong background in business process analysis, documentation, and optimization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with business productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, document management platforms, and file-sharing systems)
• Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical thinking and conceptual problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven mindset
• Comfortable operating standard office technology (e.g., scanners, printers, communication systems, and computing devices)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
