Kforce has a client that is seeking a BA in Oviedo, FL. Position Summary:
- The BA will provide business analysis expertise in an ERP environment to evaluate and design business processes and provide best practice solutions
- Gather and document business requirements and collaborate with development teams to deliver solutions that cannot be achieved through system configuration or business process changes
- As a BA, you will partner with other business analysts to provide support and training in the ERP and related applications
- Resolve escalated support requests by providing solution options and follow-up
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years in Business Process Engineering or Business Analysis roles
- This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills and change management experience
- Ability to interpret and extract and document information
- Ability to liaise with technical and non-technical teams to reach solutions
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams at all levels and departments is also required
