Overview: We are seeking an experienced Application Architect - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to design and optimize enterprise-grade digital solutions supporting retail, media, and e-commerce initiatives. This role leads technical architecture, guides AEM development teams, and ensures seamless integration across Adobe Experience Cloud to deliver scalable, personalized, omnichannel experiences. Responsibilities:

This role leads technical architecture, guides AEM development teams, and ensures seamless integration across Adobe Experience Cloud to deliver scalable, personalized, omnichannel experiences. Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of AEM solutions
- Define AEM components, templates, and content workflows aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with product, commerce, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical designs
- Architect integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud products (Analytics, Target, Campaign)
- Provide technical leadership to AEM developers, ensuring code quality, performance, and security
- Conduct architectural reviews and propose modernization strategies
- Maintain documentation, design patterns, and governance frameworks
- Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud hosting strategies (AEM as a Cloud Service preferred)
- Align platform capabilities with business and digital experience objectives
- 8 years in web application architecture and CMS
- 5 years in Adobe Experience Manager design, architecture, and development
- Experience with Adobe Commerce/Magento and omnichannel integrations preferred
- Expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, and OSGi architecture
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud integrations
- Proficiency in Java, Sling, JCR, HTL, and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven)
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Architect/Developer
- Experience with retail/media networks, B2B/B2C commerce, or CDPs
- Background in business transformation consulting
- Knowledge of content personalization, modular content, and headless CMS
