- Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage global customer collections and resolve billing variances
- Handle customer inquiries and perform account analysis
- Process and post cash receipts, including foreign currency and credit card transactions
- Support government and commercial billing, including other platforms
- Review contracts and ensure invoices comply with customer requirements
- As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will partner with Sales and Field Service teams to resolve billing issues
- Maintain credit limits/terms and prepare past due reporting
- Support AR close, contract closeouts, and internal/external audits
- Ensure compliance with SOX and company standards
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
- 6 years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Proficiency in Excel; D365 or NAVISION a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work across time zones when needed

Salary : $72,000 - $75,000
