- Acts as the primary internal contact
- Coordinates activities with various departments to ensure that customer's products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
- Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff, relationship managers, operations, bankers and/or legal staff where applicable
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent required
- Typing experience
- Intermediate Excel experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management skills - ability to prioritize and work through a queue of work; Ability to work through high volume of work with high accuracy
- Critical thinking skills - be able to assess the whys behind what you are doing
- Problem-solving skills
- Banking industry knowledge
- Claims processors - mortgage /banking preferred
- Data Entry Clerk/Specialist
