About Us
We are a real estate investment company that acquires distressed 1–4 family properties in Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. We work directly with homeowners to provide fast, fair solutions when they need to sell — whether due to financial hardship, inherited property, tired landlord situations, or other circumstances. We're growing and looking to add an experienced cold caller to our acquisitions team.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to a provided list of property owners in Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx
- Build rapport quickly and have real conversations to understand each owner's situation and motivation to sell
- Qualify leads (timeline, condition, price expectations, liens/back taxes)
- Log every call and outcome accurately in our CRM
- Follow up consistently with warm leads on a set cadence — most deals aren't made on the first call
- Schedule qualified appointments/calls for the acquisitions manager
- Hit weekly call volume and qualified-lead targets
What We're Looking For
- 1 years of experience cold calling, telesales, or phone-based sales (real estate experience a big plus, not required)
- Comfortable with high call volume and rejection — this is a numbers game
- Strong, natural phone presence — able to build trust and read a conversation, not just recite a script
- Basic real estate knowledge or willingness to learn quickly (we'll train you on our process)
- Reliable, can work in-office daily on Long Island
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a strong plus
- CRM experience (Podio, or similar) a plus
Compensation & Perks
- $18–$22/hr base pay, paid weekly/bi-weekly
- $500–$1,500 commission per closed deal generated from your leads
- Full training provided on our acquisition process and scripts
- Growth opportunity into a senior acquisitions role as we scale
