Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean and Maintain Public Areas: Sweep, mop, wax, and polish all public area floors (lobbies, hallways, stairwells).
- Dust and Spot Clean: Dust furniture, fixtures, mirrors, and high-dust areas in common spaces and guest corridors.
- Manage Linens and Supplies: Collect and deliver soiled linen to the laundry and restock clean linen, towels, and guest amenities in storage areas and on guest room attendant carts.
- Waste Removal: Collect trash from floors and around property, and dispose of it properly in designated dumpsters.
- Support Housekeeping Staff: Assist housekeepers with room turnover by preparing rooms, and support the team during peak times or staff shortages.
- Minor Maintenance: Report and/or perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or addressing minor clogs.
- Guest Service: Respond to guest requests, such as delivering extra amenities, and maintain a professional and helpful attitude.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or public area cleaning experience is an asset.

- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
