This RN leadership role oversees multidisciplinary teams, manages staff performance, and maintains compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise clinical and administrative teams
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, and lab operations
- Conduct staff education, performance reviews, and competency assessments
- Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with providers and external agencies
- RN (BSN preferred), RN license, CPR certified
- Experience in women’s health (L&D, triage, postpartum, gynecology)
- Office-based nursing and management experience preferred
