Director of Practice Services – Keystone Women’s Care
Location: Chambersburg, PA
Keystone Women’s Care is seeking a dynamic Director of Practice Services to lead clinical operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure exceptional patient care. This RN leadership role oversees multidisciplinary teams, manages staff performance, and maintains compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise clinical and administrative teams
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, and lab operations
- Conduct staff education, performance reviews, and competency assessments
- Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with providers and external agencies
Qualifications:
- RN (BSN preferred), RN license, CPR certified
- Experience in women’s health (L&D, triage, postpartum, gynecology)
- Office-based nursing and management experience preferred
