About the Role
Keystone Financial Group, an affiliate of inSOURCE Financial Advisors, is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team in Trussville, AL. In this client-facing role, you’ll help deliver a seamless, integrated experience by supporting our advisors and building trusted client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients—answering calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring every interaction reflects our “white-glove” service standard.
- Manage client transactions and records across multiple platforms (Docupace, DocuSign, Redtail, Orion, NFS, Wealthscape).
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems and assist with general office operations.
- Draft correspondence, handle mail, order supplies, and ensure the office is professional and welcoming.
- Support advisors with follow-up communications and calendar management.
- Serve as notary public for client and office document authentication (preferred).
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of client service or administrative experience, ideally in financial services or insurance.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion with confidential information and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- State life insurance license and/or securities registrations preferred.
