CNC Machinist First Class - Able to operate both CNC lathes and mills - 1st & 2nd shift
Required Skills
- Long work
- 21 years of age and older
- Must have experience to do own set ups on both lathe and mills
- Experience with turning, offsets, threading, boring of close tolerances
- 3 and 4 jaw chuck operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and more.
- Drill, tap, mill, ream, and work with compound angles
- 4th and 5th Axis operation experience
- Manual experience a plus
Required Experience
- 12 years overall on CNC Lathe and Mill work.
- May include Mori Seiki, Haas, Weiler, Okuma and Doosan Lathes.
- “de-bug” new programs will be required
- Instrument quality work. Precision and attention to detail required
- Should have own tools
