Keystone Custom Homes is currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic and innovative team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our journey of building extraordinary homes and delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be instrumental in project execution, creating compelling customer plans that elevate our brand identity. By collaborating with key departments, you’ll directly support Keystone’s mission of "Building Dreams Together."

Work arrangement is hybrid, eligible within commuting distance to PA, MD, VA, and NC offices.

Salary range $50,000-$80,000 commensurate based on experience.

Keystone Is Looking For Someone Who

• Demonstrates extensive experience in AutoCAD with a history of impactful contributions.
• Can vividly envision walking through a 2D floorplan and offer valuable insights.
• Has the ability to conceptualize and draft all four elevations of a home based on customized floorplans.
• Thrives as a proactive self-starter and performs well in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Learns and internalizes processes and SOPs quickly and can clearly communicate next steps.
• Brings experience in residential drafting and design.
• Excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on deadlines.
• Is recognized for meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Can accurately assemble floorplans within pre-drawn layouts, incorporating customizations and completing repetitive drafting tasks and corrections efficiently.
• Holds an associate's or bachelor's degree in CAD, Drafting, Architectural Design, or a related field. Preferred 3-5 years Homebuilder experience.
• Has foundational knowledge of construction methods, materials, and basic IRC codes.
• Maintains a productive workspace, whether in a traditional office setting or working remotely from home.
