Keystone Custom Homes is seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to join our team on-site for the summer, with the potential for an extension. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions, including open enrollment, benefits administration, applicant tracking, compliance, etc.

- Support the open enrollment process and assist with benefits-related tasks
- Help monitor job openings and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases
- Provide general administrative support and contribute to other HR projects as needed
- Are a go getter and extremely detail oriented
- Have a proven track record of providing excellent Customer Service to both Internal and External Customers.
- Are working toward a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Possess Strong organizational and communication skills
