Summary
The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for the complete oversite of companywide recruitment. This position will direct, plan, and develop strategies and processes to attract, proactively build, and maintain a quality talent pipeline.

Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and / or abilities. To perform this job successfully, the incumbent will possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently.
Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business, or combined experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Recruitment Manager or Director capacity with a team of Recruiters
- PHR certification preferred
