Job Summary
KeyStaff is seeking an Experienced Shipping & Receiving Specialist for an environmental manufacturing company located in Riviera Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of recent shipping and receiving experience, preferably within a manufacturing or warehouse environment. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, computer proficient, and experienced with shipping documentation and inventory.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments
- Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for shipment
- Prepare and review Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, shipping labels, and freight documentation
- Verify quantities, part numbers, purchase orders, and shipment information
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries with freight carriers
- Enter shipping and receiving information into computer systems
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory discrepancies
- Organize materials and maintain an orderly shipping/receiving area
- Follow warehouse safety and quality procedures
- Perform additional warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
- 5 years of Shipping & Receiving experience REQUIRED
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience with BOLs and freight/shipping documentation
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Inventory or warehouse management system experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and attendance record
Compensation
$20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM–4:15 PM
