We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office
operations in Miami Beach. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills,
accuracy in data and payment processing, and the ability to maintain electronic records
efficiently.
Responsibilities
Process incoming and outgoing payments in accordance with procedures and
company policies
Update and maintain payment tracking spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and
completeness
File, organize, and maintain electronic documents for efficient retrieval and
recordkeeping
Follow established operational procedures and compliance requirements
Assist with general administrative and clerical support as needed
Maintain confidentiality of company and financial information
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
