Project Consultant (Outside Sales)

Location: Broward & Palm Beach Counties
Our client is growing and looking for an energetic, motivated Project Consultant to join their team. If you are passionate about working with people, enjoy helping homeowners, and want unlimited earning potential, we would love to meet you!

No painting experience? No problem! If you have the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

What You'll Do
Meet with homeowners for scheduled appointments.
Assess customer needs and recommend painting solutions.
Measure projects and prepare estimates.
Present proposals and close sales.
Build lasting relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the production team after projects are sold.
Follow up with leads and past customers.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Hands-on instruction in estimating, sales, CRM, products, and customer service.
Ride-alongs with experienced Project Consultants.

Compensation
Training: $18.00 per hour for 2–4 weeks.
After Training: This position transitions to 100% commission-based compensation.
Earn 5%–7% commission on sold projects based on experience and performance.
Unlimited earning potential.
