Key Staff is hiring a temporary Administrative Assistant to join our team with Orange County Parks & Recreations, Orlando FL.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and well-organized person with strong customer service skills. The position will be attending the front desk area.
Duties:
Duties to include answering telephone, taking messages, sorting
and distributing mail, file paperwork and other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $19.91 per hour (No negotiable)
Start: As soon as possible until August 14, 2026

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- 2 years in Customer Service roles
- 1-3 years in administrative roles
- Background check (Required)
- Drug Test (Required)
