Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Assistant based in Winter Park, FL. The Dental Assistant will support the dentist during procedures, ensure the sterilization of dental tools and equipment, assist in maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment, and provide patient care and education, including oral hygiene guidance. Additional responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms and handling administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and skills in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care
- Experience with Sterilization processes and equipment maintenance
- Proficiency in Dental Assisting, including chairside support and patient interaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure positive patient experiences
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; dental assisting certification is a plus
- CPR and first aid certification is an advantage
