The Director of Programs at Key Campus leads the strategic management, design, implementation, and evaluation of Keys to Change programs to ensure alignment with organizational outcomes and systems-level impact. This role supports the organization's commitment to ending homelessness by managing performance, embedding equity, and advancing program excellence through data-informed decision-making, staff development, and cross-sector collaboration.

Essential Functions
- Oversee and provide management of client programs that Keys to Change delivers at the Key Campus.
- When necessary, lead design and implementation of program strategies rooted in population-level results.
- Support documentation of program activities and annual setting of performance metrics Utilize data analysis and forecasting to inform decisions and evaluate performance.
- Ensure the inclusion of lived experience in program design and evaluation.
- Partner with HR to recruit, retain, and grow a mission-aligned, equity-driven workforce.
- Gather regular staff feedback and incorporate for continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with the Director of Key Campus Partnerships to support a single client service delivery system.
- Ensure ethical and consistent program operations.
- Collaborate with Finance and CEO on program budget development and management.
- Support fundraising initiatives with the CEO and Development Team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Leadership
- Build and maintain cross-program team that understands customer service and key performance indicators.
- Regularly assess the work performance of employees and identifying areas that need improvement.
- Ensure that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met.
- Support staff through training and onboarding of new hires set the team up for success.
- Set goals for staff and ensure compliance with the company’s plans and vision and develop personal growth opportunities.
- Report performance records and evaluations to HR and senior management.
Desired Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in human services or homeless services program administration.
- MSW/ MC degree and ability to supervise interns. Proven experience with program evaluation.
- Ability to work independently and as a key contributor to multiple teams.
- Ability to work in an environment that is focused on people experiencing homelessness, witnessing trauma, and frequent adaptation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in human services, 501c3 organizations.
- Strong background in program measurement, evaluation, and strategy.
- Experience working with diverse teams and engaging community partners.
- Bachelor’s degree required; lived experience and nontraditional leadership pathways will be recognized as valuable qualifications.
