A Buffalo, NY law firm is searching for an HR Coordinator on a full-time basis. This is a blended role responsible for a wide range of HR and legal administrative duties.
HR duties:
- Assisting in managing various HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance documentation
- Collaborating with Supervising Attorney and other stakeholders to ensure that all HR practices adhere strictly to legal standards and company policies
- Maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handling sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism
- Attending and participating in meetings and trainings as requested
Supporting attorneys with:
- Scheduling meetings, depositions, and interviews
- Maintaining client files
- Preparing pleadings, discovery demands and responses, motions, and other litigation documents
- Filing and serving legal documents
- Preparing client bills

Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in HR
- Experience working at a law firm a plus
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage own workload
- Strong attention to detail
