A global manufacturer is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead their Finance and Accounting team. This role is accountable for financial planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring, while ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and full transparency. The Finance Director will partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategy and operational success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Monitor cost accounting and industrial performance (efficiency & productivity)
- Manage working capital, CAPEX requests, and rolling forecasts
- Develop and track financial/operational performance metrics
- Partner with leadership on business plans, pricing, and long-term proposals
- Ensure compliance with group policies, tax, legal, and treasury requirements
- Oversee annual audits and maintain auditor relationships
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
Job Requirements
- Master`s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA/CPA/CA/CMA preferred)
- 10 years of progressive finance experience, ideally in aerospace or a large corporation
- Strong cost accounting expertise and forecasting skills
- 10 years of management experience leading teams of 8
- Experience in cross-functional and international environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
