Job Requirements
- Understanding of no-fault insurance law, arbitration, and suit defense practices.
- Proficiency in legal writing, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Experience with litigation processes, including case evaluation, negotiation, and trial preparation.
- Strong research and analytical skills to navigate complex legal issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client consultation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy.
- Admitted to practice law in the state of New York, with a Juris Doctor degree.
- Experience in insurance-related legal matters preferred but not required.
