Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound sales and service calls
- Set qualified appointments that convert to showroom and service visits
- Utilize VinSolutions CRM to manage leads, follow-ups, and workflow
- Deliver a professional and courteous customer experience
- Work collaboratively with sales, service, and management to support store goals
Requirements
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text)
- Proven success in lead handling, appointment setting, and follow-up
- Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus
- Experience with VinSolutions CRM is a strong plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
