Ingersoll Auto is currently seeking a confident, outgoing professional to join our friendly service team. Automotive knowledge and experience are preferred but we are willing to train a motivated candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Writing repair orders, capturing information, and checking for recalls and warranty coverage with different manufacturers.
- Build accurate estimates using all data and our DMS (Tekion)
- Move vehicles through the software process
- Effective communication with all Team Members
- Invoice / Bill repair orders
- Code warranty claims
- Assistance with moving vehicles around the lot and prep for technicians
- Read and understand technical notes and make sure all information is on the invoice
Qualifications:
- Clean driver's license and background check (we screen)
- Attention to detail
- Able to work independently and be productive as well as be a team player
- Computer knowledge and the ability to type 30 words per minute
- Familiar with using a calculator/adding machine
- Competency to learn and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal mistakes
- Required to learn warranty and Ingersoll Auto policies and procedures
Compensation:
- Base pay plus both weekly and monthly variable bonuses
