We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our growing dealership team! This role is based in our centralized BDC in Meriden, CT supporting multiple dealership locations
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales and service calls
Set qualified appointments that convert to showroom and service visits
Utilize VinSolutions CRM to manage leads, follow-ups, and workflow
Deliver a professional and courteous customer experience
Work collaboratively with sales, service, and management to support store goals
Requirements
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text)
Proven success in lead handling, appointment setting, and follow-up
Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus
Experience with VinSolutions CRM is a strong plus
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
