Job Duties
· Office Management (Payroll, AP/AR)
o Management of all office supply inventory from ordering to delivery check-in and placement
o Provide guidance and/or assistance as per overall purpose to office personnel
o Organization and assistance of all events held here at the office
o Oversee that the common office is clean and tidy at all times, delegate as needed to cleaning crew and individual office staff
o Serve as back-up to intake/reception in answering telephone and forwarding calls
o Manage additional ordering on Amazon for all office personnel and house leaders
o Check mail and distribute accordingly each workday
o Purchase of all assets (office equipment, etc.)
o Sit on Health and Safety Committee
· Financial Management
o Data entry of all Accounts payable invoices and cut checks in QuickBooks
o Prepare and process biweekly payroll
o Run credit card payments for outpatient clients
o Secure and manage petty cash funds for group homes
o Other accounting responsibilities as they are assigned by Finance Director

QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelors degree in accounting with 2 years preferred experience
· Must have exemplary telephone and interpersonal skills
· Strong oral and written communication, as well as the ability to use proper grammar, are essential
· Prior experience with customer service
Experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Word Excel. Prefer experience with Paylocity.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. You are expected to dress appropriately according to company policy.
