Role Description
Customer Service Representative located in Oak Creek, WI. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, assisting customers with policy information, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Salary Commissions, Employee Retirement Plan, Paid Holidays and Paid Vacation.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Property & Casualty Licensed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in related fields are a plus
- Experience with insurance is advantageous.
