Project Executive – Data Center / Mission Critical Construction

A leading general contractor specializing in mission-critical construction is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale data center construction projects
• Serve as the primary client interface and executive point of contact
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contract execution, and risk management
• Drive cost control, forecasting, and margin performance
• Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and industry standards
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and workforce planning across project teams
• Guide decisions related to power, cooling, redundancy, and commissioning protocols
• Implement best-in-class project management practices and tools (Lean, BIM, Procore, etc.)
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 10 years of construction management experience
• 5 years delivering data center or mission-critical projects
• Proven leadership of large, complex projects with significant MEP scope
• Strong experience with prefabrication, modular assembly, and integrated systems testing (IST)
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project
• PMP, CCM, or similar certifications are a plus
