A WBE/DBE Certified Construction management and inspection firm, Keville specializes in providing a full spectrum of construction management and support services as an owner's representative on public and private projects.Duties May Include:Basic AutoCAD Drafting: Plotting of New and Existing DrawingsConstruction Management AssistanceConstruction Inspection (primarily on bridge decks and walkways)Miscellaneous SchedulingMiscellaneous PlanningAsset Management (i.e. Facilities, Bridges, Highways, Landscaping, etc.)Grant Preparation (State and Federal)Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet and Database PreparationPDF Creation, Editing and Markup using Adobe Reader and Bluebeam Revu EditorsPresentation Development using Microsoft PowerPointElectronic Archival of DocumentsBasic Quantity and Cost EstimatingCoordination with Consultants, Contractors and Local, State & Federal AgenciesFile Management (Electronic and Printed Documents)Qualifications/Requirements:Currently enrolled with a minimum of one year completed towards in a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering.Proficient in Microsoft Office Available to work full-timeWork may be performed at various job sites.
